Scope of the job

• Develop and execute the strategic plan, in close collaboration with the Board of Directors and the Educational Groups, to provide educational and networking sessions dedicated to our members.
• Management of educational sessions (develop agenda, contact and briefing of speakers, act as chair (if needed), etc.
• Provide content for weekly newsletter (with an audience of 2400 professionals).
• External representation of Healixia, within the Belgian health landscape, to enhance ‘community awareness’ and help grow our community.
• Develop network among relevant stakeholders (companies, universities, trade organisation, authorities and other).
• Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and 2Mpact (2Mpact serves as an association management company) to ensure operational excellence.
• Co-create, together with the Board of Directors, a long-term vision for Healixia.

Who are you?

• You have an advanced degree in life sciences (or equivalent by experience).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Belgian health landscape.
• You are flexible and can easily navigate with relevant stakeholders.
• You have a passion for membership associations and support the vision of education and networking among professionals.
• You have strong digital skills and strong communication skills.
• You are a strong networker and can easily develop new relations.
• Preferably trilingual (NL, FR, ENG).
