This webinar intends to set out the landscape of the current Luxembourg medicinal law, trough several topics such as clinic trials, intellectual property, supply chain (manufacture, distribution, storage), advertising, transparency, and reimbursement. A specific focus will be made on very recent measures introduced by the Law of 17 July 2020 and notably the temporary use authorisation.

The presentation will also go through the future of medicinal law with the description of two pending draft laws: Project 7523 – regarding the creation of a national agency and Project 7383, introducing notably compassionate and off-label use.
