Healixia Essentials webinar: The role of KCE and KCE Trials in the Belgian healthcare landscape

Come hear all about the KCE and KCE trials, presented by Frank Hulstaert, MD, MSc - senior researcher at KCE.

The Belgian healthcare knowledge centre (KCE) became operational in 2004 and published nearly 400 reports. The projects concern health services research, health technology assessment and clinical practice guidelines. Most KCE reports include policy recommendations, approved by the KCE board. In 2016 KCE Trials started funding comparative effectiveness and drug repurposing clinical trials. The interventions studied include pharmaceuticals, medical devices, psychotherapy, diet, speech therapy, physiotherapy, etc. Over 50 trials have received funding so far.
